Please arrive to your eyelash extension appointment on time
Late arrivals over 15 minutes will need to be rescheduled.
We ask that you kindly give 24 hours cancellation notice or you will need
to pre-pay any future services (Pre-paid services are non-refundable).

Due to an increase in no-shows, we require a deposit for all full sets. Deposit will be credited towards your purchase and forfeited if you fail to cancel appointment within 24 hours.

Eyelash Extension Application Time
Application time can vary depending on the "look" you are trying to achieve.
Please block 2 1/2 hours from your schedule for your initial application.
On average a full set can take up to 2 hours or less.

Please limit caffeine intake prior to your appointment
We encourage our clients to limit caffeine intake prior to application
for a well deserved beauty rest.

No eye makeup should be worn during eyelash extension application
Please arrive without eye makeup including concealer and foundation.
We can provide you with remover, but please arrive 10 minutes prior
to appointment time. Waterproof mascara should be thoroughly removed
24 hours prior to application.

Contact lenses may not be worn during eyelash extension application
Please wear glasses to your appointment or bring your case and solution to
remove contact lenses prior to application. Contact lenses may be re-applied
after procedure.

Please silence your cell phones
For your comfort and relaxation we require that you silence your cell
phone while in the treatment room.
